Since 2003 framework identity has supported the management in creating and communicating new strategies by:

- developing future scenarios suggesting new concepts, activities, co-operations, etc.,
- developing customised strategy development tools,
- preparing, facilitating and documenting management workshops,
- designing change processes
- organising employee events to introduce and discuss strategies and changes
