The focus of corporations, consumers and citizens has changed drastically over the last few years. Tangible climate changes, financial crises and the new policy of the US Government to strongly support green business initiatives have put a lot of pressure on industry and retail forcing them to radically rethink their business concepts. The socalled Green Market has become the largest emerging global market.

Together with Stephan Bohle* managing director of framework identity Pia Betton founded futurestrategy by the end of 2008 as a response to the emerging demand from consumers, corporations and businesses worldwide. The company’s vision is to support organisations in identifying, developing and implementing sustainable business solutions.

future strategy pursues a three-dimensional approach called the 3E Method. It is a holistic consulting approach where sustainable business development is made possible through connecting all core aspects of a corporations business model (e.g consumer relations, packaging, logistics, energy consumption etc.).
The aim is to support the development of a new generation of biologically, ecologically and ethically healthy organisations to shape the future consumer society.

The core of futurestrategy is a global network collaborating through social web platforms. Consultants, experts, researchers and project managers who represent outstanding knowledge about sustainable business strategies join in multidisciplinary teams according to the individual needs of the companies.
New players will enter the network, extending it gradually through thorough research and an revisions of new comers. So far three organisations, each with a strong focus and specialty are part of the network.
