DONG Energy is an integrated energy company with leading market positions in Denmark and other key areas of northern Europe. Together with framework identity, the management responsible for the production of energy at DONG Energy have organised several workshops for their employees – both to get input to new strategies as well as to communicate them.

A steering group consisting of a process consultant from framework identity and representatives from the management have tailor-made a workshop programme and chosen or customised workshop materials. The management have led the workshop while the process consultant has remained in the background to ensure the flow and document the results.

Results
By working together with framework identity the organisers save a lot of valuable time and receive a high-quality workshop in return. All workshop materials are being customised and designed with the company’s logo. Depending on the purpose, we can develop models, brainstorm tools, etc. Top professional are available at affordable cost.
