Michael McKay, founder of McKay Explore is an international practitioner of Concept Making, a co-creation devotee and innovation culture development enthusiast.
McKay Explore offer lectures, training and consulting within various aspects of the concept making process. Our vision is to enable business and organisations to leverage innovation as a competitive factor through optimizing innovation processes, foster creative flow from employees, customers and other stakeholders and make space for innovation.
We work with innovation both as a phenomena and on a practical level. How to manage creatives and build originative environments in the organisation. Environments that foster and promote innovative thinking. Story telling, user involvement, rapid prototyping and consumer orientation are some of the methods within innovation work we focus on.
Together with framework identity and Løkken Consult we conduct an innovation process for the city of Roskilde.
